Christmas '08

Whew! What a week! We had such a great time spending time with our family. Addison's face on Christmas morning was priceless when she saw Santa brought her a scooter! I loved it!! I put pictures together of our Christmas morning because they are all so special to me.

Addison's Christmas Party

Addison had her Christmas party at CEC yesterday. She had a lot of fun! They ate yummy cupcakes, sang songs & got a visit from St. Nick!




She got a Beach Barbie! She is so into playing Barbie's right. I think she may be getting a Barbie VW Beetle for her Barbie under the tree this year...

The Big Man in Red!

We ventured to the mall yesterday so Addison could meet Santa Clause! She was SO excited! After waiting 2 hours (yep, 2 hours) she got to meet the Big Man in Red! She asked him for a scooter & asked him what kind of cookies he likes. He was very sweet & said he likes all kinds of cookies as long as he has some milk!

Can't wait to see what he brings Addison!

Our lil' Belly Bean's first picture!

Last Thursday, Jason & I had our first OB appointment for BB. I had been having some pain on my left side so they wanted to check it out & make sure everything was a-ok & it was! I was SO excited when she said we were going to do an ultra sound. As soon as she started, up popped our little baby on the screen. We could see the heart beat beating SO STRONG! BB was dancing all over the place - what an amazing sight!!



We go back on the 30th for our next appointment. Addison will be with me so hopefully she will get to see or hear the heartbeat as well!!

Oh (little) Christmas tree...

On Black Friday, we ventured out to a few stores. We got some good deals at Target & then we hit up good ol' Hobby Lobby. Oh, how I loooove Hobby Lobby. They have so many adorable things to decorate your house & they are so CHEAP! Love it! I'll show you what we got in a later post when I finish decorating for Christmas (we're doing the tree tonight! yah!) but I do want you to see what Addison got from her Mimi.

Mimi bought Addison a calendar & filled all the little pockets with pink ornaments.


We got her a little tree so every night, she gets to hang the ornament from the calendar on her tree!


She loves it so much! What a fun tradition to start! This year it's all pink because that is Addy's favorite color but next year she's gonna have to share! Will it be all pink still or will we add in some BLUE? Hmm...can't wait!!
