Day at the Park!

Many a time, Addison & I have driven by the Buckeye Town Park & she always asks if we can & go & I always say "SURE! " but it doesn't seem to work in our plans that we have right then. So, this morning I thought it would be fun to go & play at the park. We invited Steph & the girls to go with us. It was a lot of fun!

It was a great to get out & play at the park. The weather was amazing & it was fun to see the girls go nuts. Gotta soak up the great weather before it turns HOT!

Our Girl's Day Out!

Addison is on Spring Break this week so I have been trying to do fun things every day so she doesn't miss pre-school too much. :]

Yesterday we packed a picnic lunch & headed to a new library in Avondale. It was a fun, sunny afternoon!

St. Patrick's Shenanigans

On St. Patrick's night, our neighbors, Dylan & Addyson, came to play while their mom & dad went to a St. Patty's festival. The kids had such a good time playing together!

We celebrated this morning with yummy, green waffles! Of course, Momma topped them off with whipped cream which made my lil' leprechaun so happy! I am pretty sure she thinks whipped cream & marshmallows are their own food group. :]

Wildlife World Zoo!

Addison's pre-school had a field trip to the zoo & we had so much fun! Our neighbors, Jen & her little girl, Addyson, joined in on the fun!

How far along? 20w2d

Total weight gain/loss: +12 lbs
Maternity clothes? Uh yah, since like week 10.
Stretch marks? Nope.
Sleep: Some nights are bliss; some really, really suck!

Best moment this week: Feeling Drew kick from the outside!
Movement: Lots! It feels like he is doing somersaults. Love it!
Food cravings: Thin Mints...I typically HATE chocolate & mint so this is very WEIRD!
Gender: 100% boy!
Labor Signs: None, thank goodness!

What I miss: Sleeping on my stomach.

What I am looking forward to: Jason being able to feel him kick!
Weekly Wisdom: Listen to your body; if you need to rest, rest. No sense in pushing it.

Milestones: Hitting 20 weeks! Halfway there!!

Go fly a kite!

While it seems the East Coast is getting hammered with nasty weather, our weather was amazing this weekend. Crazy how some people are getting 6 inches of snow dumped on them & we are having true spring days. Love it! I will not love it when it is July (humid & 100 degree temps = no fun) especially since I'll be 9 months pregnant. Until then, I will soak it all up!

Since the day was so beautiful, we decided to go to the park & fly Addison's new ladybug kite.

Daddy had to get it up in the air & then gave the controls over to Addy.

Addison was a pro!

Addison named her kite "Lady". Appropriate, right?
