What I craved this week: Gah. Easier questions would be "What didn't Katie crave?" Yesterday was one of those EAT! ALL! THE! THINGS! kinda days...I'm going to attribute that to the lovely little visitor we lucky ladies get once month.
Over you, Monday.
What I noticed was different about my body: I can feel my muscles - especially in my thighs, getting stronger.
Workouts I did this week: I ran 2 times this week.
I also did Jillian Michaels 6 weeks to 6 Pack Abs(ha!), Tone It Up's Malibooty workout, as well as the first day/fit test for INSANITY! Yep, Jason & I are starting Insanity. Are we insane?
Personal Goal for this week: Not let yesterday spill over into today. Yes, I ate more than I should have. Everyone has bad days. It's not letting bad days turn into bad weeks & then bad months & then boom, a year goes by & you've gained 15 pounds.
What I’m looking forward to: Waking up knowing that I did the best I could the day before & that I am going to make every effort to make that day rock.

Frame of Mind: A little shaky after yesterday. Having a full day back on OP (on plan) will regain my footing. New recipes of the week:
We made WW Philly Cheese Steaks. They were yummy! I think next time I will use deli roast beef (I know, sooo not a philly cheese steak but whatevs.) Steamed zucchini & sauteed onions & peppers on the side - nom!
