This Week's Loss: 3 pounds
Pounds to goal weight: 30
What I craved this week: Fried chicken. I walked out of the grocery store the other day & I could smell KFC & it smelled so good. Fried chicken has always been something that I like but not like omg, I need it now but dang, I wanted it the second I smelled it. I held strong.
What I noticed was different about my body: I am feeling less puffy. Clothes that used to pinch are fitting normally now.
Workouts I did this week: I ran 3 times this week.
Thursday -- 4.49 miles
Friday -- 2.22 miles
Monday -- 4.60 miles
Personal Goal for this week: Stay OP with WW & Drink 100 oz H2o a day.

Frame of Mind: I am in a good place. I am seeing the results of my running & staying OP. My body feels lighter & stronger. I am going to add a few new questions! New recipes of the week: We tried a few new things this week. I menu plan over the weekend & then pin my recipes to my "skinny recipe" board on Pinterest & write our menu down in my EC planner. Its one way to keep me on track. First, we tried Skinnytaste's CP stuffed peppers. They were ok. I have tried a handful of stuffed pepper recipes & I am usually underwhelmed. Stuffed peppers are just not my jam & that's ok.
Thursday night, I roasted some zucchini & carrots & I fell in love. I usually HATE carrots. They make me gag & I can not choke them down. Gross, gross, gross! Well, guess what? If you cut them up, toss them in a little EVOO, sprinkle with s&p, & roast them - they turn out AMAZING. They taste like sweet potato fries which I LOVE. Yum, yum!
